CHIEF VISIONARY OFFICER
Racole Jackson is the founder of Title Xperts, LLC. Racole earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Highest Honors from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida and went on to earn a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in Santa Clara, California where she was a member of Phi Delta Phi Honor Society and the founder of the Real Estate Law Society. An organization of law students with special interest in real estate law and the real estate industry.
After graduation from Santa Clara University and while honing her skills as counsel for lenders, investors and loan servicers in residential and commercial real estate transactions and litigation, Racole furthered her specialization in Real Estate law by earning an LL.M in Real Property Development from the University of Miami, School of Law, located in Miami, Florida.
Racole is a licensed Florida Real Estate professional, and is also a former Chair, Vice-Chair, and past Fellow of the American Bar Association Commercial Real Estate Purchase and Sale Committee. Racole also frequently lectures on various Real Estate Law and Brokerage matters.
ZAKKIYYAH T. WHITE, ESQ. LL.M
CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER
Zakkiyyah T. White has been in a senior leadership role in operations management for over 15 years in the legal, real estate, and financial services industries. As shareholder and managing partner of a multistate law firm, Ms. White was the architect of a streamlined workflow process for the Florida operation. In this client facing role, Ms. White also provided direct oversight in the creation of standard operating procedures, key performance indicators, as well as the development of quality control and audit checkpoints to ensure legally and operationally compliant with federal, state, and local regulators.
Ms. White is an alumnus of Howard University in the nation’s capital, Washington, D.C., where she earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology with a minor in Language Arts. She is also a graduate of Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where she obtained her Juris Doctor and MBA with a Certification in Real Estate Development. As a student, Ms. White completed a study abroad in South America focusing on its legal systems and business transactions. Ms. White obtained her LL. M. in Business Transactions from the University of Alabama.
Ms. White has successfully owned and operated several business ventures including a realty services company offering consulting, title insurance, property management, and brokerage services. In addition to her entrepreneurial spirit and educational background, Ms. White is an Executive Council Member on the Florida Bar’s Diversity and Inclusion Standing Committee. She is also a former Committee Member of the American Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Section. Ms. White is a faculty member teaching legal studies, real estate, and business courses at the collegiate level. Ms. White is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and the District of Columbia.
